How does it work?

I will list your home for $4450 commission (if home sells for under $700,000) or 1/2% + $950 commission (if home sells for over $700,000). 

Commonly, when selling a home, the homeowner will pay 2-2.5% commission to the selling agent and 2-2.5% commission to the listing agent for a total of 5%! (Example: If your house sold for $500,000 you would pay $25,000 in commission ($12,500 to selling agent & $12,500 to buyers’ agent). By working with us, your total commission paid will be between 2.5-3% depending on what you decide to pay buyers brokerage (2 or 2/5%).
